Viji, M. M., Dr.

Joined Kerala Agricultural University as Assistant Professor of Plant Physiology in 1997. Graduated from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University and had M Sc.( Agri.) in Crop Physiology and Ph D (Biotechnology) from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore.  She has 19 years of experience in teaching undergraduate and post graduate students and guided 4 MSc and 1 PhD student.  Major research areas include rice biotechnology, medicinal plants biotechnology and stress physiology. She is a member of various scientific societies and has got 14 research publications.
